摘要:

国家大学生创新性实验计划是高等学校本科教学"质量工程"的重要组成部分。本文介绍了基于PBL法设计和开设的"芦丁的提取鉴定及不同剂型与体内释放相关性的研究"综合创新实验。通过本实验,学生体验了查阅文献、了解实验原理、确立研究思路和策略、制备产品、表征性能、处理数据、分析讨论、撰写实验报告等环节,掌握了天然产物的提取和精制、胶囊和片剂的制备、物质的化学反应性质、药物的体内释放性研究等相关知识。实践表明,本实验选题针对性强,有助于提高学生学习的积极性、主动性和综合实验技能,有利于培养学生的创新意识和科学精神。

Abstract:

The undergraduate innovative experiment plan is an important part of the Quality Project in colleges and universities. In the light of problem-based learning, this paper presents a comprehensive innovation experiment, that is, extraction and identification of rutin, preparation of different dosage forms and the correlation with in vivo release. Through this experiment, students can experience complete scientific research essentials, including searching literature, explaining experimental principle, establishing research ideas and strategies, preparing and characterizing samples, processing data, analyzing results, writing and submitting the experiment report. The key knowledges of extraction and purification of natural products, preparation of capsules and tablets, chemical properties of the matter, in vivo medicine release and other relevant knowledges can be fully grasped. Practices show that this experiment can effectively enhance students' comprehensive experimental skills and foster their innovative spirit and scientific research ability.
