摘要:

以自来水为萃取剂,从煤油中萃取苯甲酸的实验是诸多高校化工基础实验教学中的重要内容。实验中苯甲酸浓度测定一般采用的是滴定分析方法,该方法分析结果误差大,物料衡算结果差。本文采用高效液相色谱(HPLC),以甲醇为流动相分离苯甲酸与煤油,使用紫外可见(UV-Vis)检测器(波长227 nm)进行定量分析,分析结果与滴定分析结果相比,准确度更高,物料衡算回收率达到95%以上。

Abstract:

In the experiment of extracting benzoic acid from kerosene with tap water as the extractant, the concentration of benzoic acid is usually determined by volumetric titration. The error of this method is large and the material balance is poor. In this paper, a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to separate benzoic acid and kerosene with methanol as a mobile phase. The quantitative analysis was made by using UV-Vis detector. Compared with the titration analysis, the accuracy of HPLC was higher and the recovery rate of material balance was up to 95%.
