摘要:

论述了在高等院校化学系本科生中开设X射线结构分析课程的必要性和可行性。根据作者几年的实践经验,介绍了X射线结构分析实验课程的一些特点,以及在基础知识的储备、实验课程的内容设置及实验课程的教学等几方面的一些做法。

Abstract:

The incorporation of X-ray structural analysis into the undergraduate chemistry laboratory course is both necessary and practical. Regarding the characteristics of X-ray lab course, some practices on introducing basic theories for the lab course, setting up the syllabus of the course, and teaching arrangements are presented based on our teaching practice in the past several years.
