摘要:

本专业秉承学校“行业性、地方性和应用型”办学定位,围绕新工科背景下专业特色建设和内涵式发展,在职业岗位群调研和职业能力要素分析基础上,探索了地方院校理工融合、校企合作的人才培养模式,建立实践能力培养体系和教学质量评价改进机制,强化师资队伍教学能力和“双师型”教师培养,并在大学生创新精神与创新能力培养以及课程思政专业育人等方面进行了大胆尝试。

Abstract:

Upon the new requirements of emerging engineering education and the university positioning of "profession and localization", a new talent training model for undergraduate was developed with the integration of science and technology with the cooperation of school-enterprise. Systems were also constructed for the professional practice ability training and educational quality control. Meanwhile, the project for faculty was carried out successively with the improvement of teaching capability and "double teacher" training. Innovation practice as well as course ideology and politics were explored in education practice.
