摘要:

根据近年来学生在教学过程中出现的问题及反馈,将邻二氮菲测铁实验进行教学改进与实践。在原有标准曲线法测定总铁的基础上,增加了Fe2+-邻二氮菲配合物摩尔吸光系数的计算以及未知水样中Fe2+、Fe3+浓度的测定及计算。实验内容的改进,不仅解答了学生的疑问,提高了学生的学习兴趣,而且引导学生主动思考,培养学生解决实际问题的能力。

Abstract:

According to the feedback of students and problems in laboratory course in recent years, the improvement of determination of iron with phenanthroline (Phen) is conducted. On the basis of the determination of total Fe with the standard curve, the determination of the molar absorption coefficient of complex compound (Phen-Fe3+, Phen-Fe2+), and the concentration of Fe2+ and Fe3+ of water samples are supplemented. The improvement of experimental content, can not only solve the doubt and enhance students' interests, but also guide students to actively think and cultivate their ability to solve practical problems.
