摘要：

以在校大学生小何在新冠疫情期间参与多轮核酸筛查的经历为背景，通过小何与同学以及医护人员的交流对话，分析作为诊断新冠肺炎金标准的核酸检测的优缺点和原理；并介绍补充手段抗原检测。

Abstract:

This article focuses on the advantages, disadvantages, and principles of COVID-19 nucleic acid testing methods, and explains why nucleic acid testing is considered the gold standard. In addition, details of mixed sampling and antigen detection in nucleic acid testing are provided.
