以毛蚶探寻职业道路为主线,介绍了毛蚶的营养成分和它在人类生活中的丰富作用价值。旨在让读者对毛蚶的营养价值、牛磺酸的制备过程有深入了解,树立环境保护理念。

Abstract:
Based on the Scapharca subcrenata's exploration of career path, this paper introduces the nutritional components of Scapharca subcrenata and its abundant values in human life. The purpose is to provide readers with an in-depth understanding of the nutritional value of the Scapharca subcrenata and the preparation process of taurine, and to build the concept of environmental protection.
