摘要: 针对肿瘤与正常组织细胞的差异,从分子设计角度介绍了智能纳米药物传递系统研究的最新进展,着重讨论了对靶向传递的行为控制以及对药物释放的行为控制。

关键词: 纳米药物载体, 分子设计, 智能调控

Abstract: In view of the differences between tumor and normal tissue cells, the latest progresses in smart nano-sized drugs delivery system were introduced based on molecular design, which was focused on the behavioral control of targeted transfer and released drug.
