摘要:

基于烯烃双卤化反应的基础知识和双溴化反应机理的研究,讨论烯烃不对称双卤化反应的催化类型、研究方法、反应机理及在天然产物合成中的应用。目的在于通过改进教学方法、丰富教学内容,增加教学趣味,激发学生学习有机化学的热情。引导学生从基础知识中发现新问题、思考解决问题的方法,培养大学生的科学创新思维,提高解决问题的能力。

关键词: 双卤化反应, 不对称反应, 反应机理, 教学方法

Abstract:

The catalytic system and reaction mechanism of asymmetric dihalogenation of olefins, as well as the application in the synthesis of natural products are discussed, based on the textbook knowledge of olefinic dihalogenation reaction and the mechanism of dibromination reaction of alkenes. The enthusiasm of students to learn organic chemistry will be inspired by improving the teaching method, enriching the content of teaching, increasing the interest of teaching. The aim is to lead students to discover new problems from basic knowledge, think about the method for solving problems, train students' innovation thoughts and improve their problem-solving abilities.
