摘要:

以化学国家级实验教学示范中心建设项目为依托,探讨民族地区创新性应用型人才培养的新举措。以培养学生实验技能和创新能力为中心,凝练出实验室文化育人、专业技能育人和创新能力育人的“三育”实验教学理念,构建了与实验教学理念对接的“三育”实验教学体系,建立了“四聚焦”“五协同”的实验教学运行机制。对于如何更有效地发挥实验教学在创新性应用型人才培养中的作用,提供了有益的探索和有效的实践经验。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the exploration on the new measures of cultivating innovative and applied talents in minority areas as part of the project in construction of the national demonstration center for experimental chemistry education. Focusing on developing students' experimental skills and innovation abilities, the reform refined the "Three Education" laboratory teaching philosophy of the laboratory culture education, the professional skills education and the innovation ability education, constructed "Three Education" laboratory teaching system, and established the operating mechanism of laboratory teaching of "Four Focuses" and "Five Synergies". For how to play the role of laboratory teaching in the effective cultivation of innovative and applied talents, this article provides a useful exploration and effective practical experience.
