酯酶荧光探针的研究现状与进展

摘要:

酯酶是一类丝氨酸蛋白酶,在生物体内被用于催化许多含有酯、酰胺、硫酯或乙酰基的化合物的水解。在生物体内,酯酶不仅起着重要的生理事件调节功能,参与各类药物的水解或激活,而且还参与许多病理事件(如肝癌),这可能与它独特的解毒功能有着密切的关系。因此,开发新的、有效的酯酶检测平台对生物和医学研究具有重要意义。与传统手段相比,荧光探针具有灵敏度高、选择性好、响应迅速、成本低、操作方便等诸多优势。因此用荧光探针检测酯酶是个很好的选择。本文主要综述了检测酯酶荧光探针的研究现状及最新进展。

Abstract:

Esterases (serine proteases) were used in organisms to catalyze the hydrolysis of many compounds containing esters, amides, thioesters, or acetyl groups. In vivo, esterases play an important role in the regulation of physiological events and the hydrolysis or activation of various drugs and in many pathological events (such as liver cancer), which may be closely related to its unique detoxification function. Therefore, the development of a new and effective esterase detection platform is of great significance for biological and medical research. Compared with traditional methods, fluorescent probes have many advantages such as high sensitivity, good selectivity, rapid response, low cost, and easy operation. Therefore, fluorescent probes can be applied for esterase detection. Herein, the research status and latest progresses of esterase fluorescent probes were introduced.
