摘要:

建设一流专业是培养一流人才的保障和做强一流本科教育的基础。本文以杭州师范大学化学专业建设为例,面向浙江省中学教育改革和高考招生的特殊需求,在专业建设过程中看到成果的同时面对不足,通过对现有问题的深入分析,从人才培养质量保障体系、人才培养模式、课程体系、师资队伍建设及学科平台建设等方面探讨了化学一流专业建设的相关问题,提出了改进措施与思路、实施方案。

Abstract:

The construction of first-class specialty is the guarantee of training first-class talents and the foundation of strengthening first-class undergraduate education. Taking the construction of chemistry major at Hangzhou Normal University as an example, aiming at the special needs of middle school education and college entrance examination enrollment in Zhejiang Province, we should not only see the achievements in the specialty construction, but also face the deficiencies. Through the in-depth analysis of the existing problems, this paper discusses the related problems of the construction of the first-class chemistry specialty from the aspects of the quality assurance system of personnel training, the talent training mode of "determining teaching by learning and promoting learning by research", curriculum, teaching staff and discipline platform. In addition, measures and ideas, implementation plan and construction effect are proposed.
