摘要:

用侦探追踪嫌犯的故事介绍了肝癌高发人群早期筛查的4种常见方法(超声检查、血生化检查、电子计算机断层扫描和磁共振成像)及其检测核心原理。本文以原发性肝癌的高危人群为主要对象,结合医学与仪器分析化学知识,科普早期肝癌检测流程,鼓励肝癌高发人群定期体检,让人们对癌症检验有更全面的认识。

关键词: 肝癌诊断, 分析化学, 肝脏超声检查, 甲胎蛋白, 动态增强CT, 磁共振成像(MRI)

Abstract:

This paper introduces four common methods (ultrasonography, blood biochemical examination, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging) for early screening of liver cancer and the core principles of detection with the story of detectives tracking suspects. This paper takes the high-risk population of primary liver cancer as the main subject, combines the knowledge of medicine and analytical chemistry, popularizes the early detection process of liver cancer, encourages the population with high risk of liver cancer to have regular physical examination, and enables people to have a more comprehensive understanding of cancer detection.
