Practice and Exploration of Laboratory Teaching Based on the Mixed Online/Offline-Six-Module Didactics-Case Study: Protein Labeling Based on Bioorthogonal Reaction

Abstract:

Chemical biology comprehensive experiment is an integrative laboratory course designed for junior/senior undergraduate students, with the intention of linking undergraduate-postgraduate laboratory teaching in chemical biology. Based on the interdisciplinary feature of chemical biology, we firstly designed the laboratory teaching contents as a mixed online/offline-six-module didactics, and then applied the teaching methodology in real undergraduate laboratory course. With a decent teaching results at hand, we believe this course design will be a good paradigm for other comprehensive experimental courses.
