The Practice and Exploration of the Graduate Teaching Assistant System in Basic Chemistry Laboratory Teaching at Zhejiang University

Abstract:

The work of graduate teaching assistants can train and cultivate the graduate students' abilities in many aspects, and it is also the supplement to the undergraduate teaching resources.We need to strengthen the training, guidance, management and evaluation of the graduate teaching assistants, to improve the unified management of laboratory teaching and to enhance the supervision and guidance of students' learning.This paper describes the experiences of graduate teaching assistants and also provides some reflections and suggestions for laboratory teaching management and training of graduate teaching assistants in the future.
