Ideological and Political Case Design and Practice of Carbohydrate Teaching in Organic Chemistry

To fully explore the ideological and political elements in the sugar compounds chapter of organic chemistry course, and give full play to the important role of professional courses in moral education, we sort out the learning objectives of this chapter and design the learning content accordingly. The teaching system on carbohydrate compounds was constructed with the knowledge of carbohydrate compounds as the main body, the stories of sugar structure and synthesis research, the discipline thoughts of chemistry, and the contributions of China in sugar chemistry research dominated.
