摘要:

开发了一套展示电解锡的科普实验装置,该装置互动性强并且操作便捷,涉及科教演示技术领域。通过本实验装置,参与者可以直观看到电解液通电后在阴极快速生长出漂亮的锡晶体,在阳极产生大量气体,以及溶液颜色发生变化,深度体验化学之美、化学之趣。调节直流电源的电压值,可以改变锡晶体析出的速度;电流方向切换开关可以便捷地转换电流方向,LED指示灯显示电流方向,让参与者能轻松体会到电流方向与锡晶体析出方向,电流方向与阳极析出气体及电解液pH变化的关系,便于理解化学科学中的电解原理;锡晶体生长完成后加入AB胶,得到的塑封成品可以作为留念,给参与者留下美好的回忆,达到良好的科普效果。本实验仪器设备简单,成本不高,也可以作为大学普通化学课程中的一个基础实验项目或高中生的探究实验。

Abstract:

In this study, a convenient and interactive tin electrolysis device was developed for science popularization based on science demonstration technology. After switching on the experimental device, participants can directly observe the rapid growth of tin crystals in the electrolyte at the cathode and the occurrence of many bubbles and color changes in the solution at the anode. Thus, they can experience the beauty and fun of chemistry. The speed of tin crystal precipitation can be changed by adjusting the voltage of the DC power supply, and the current direction can be changed by the current direction switch. A LED display shows the current direction so that participants can intuitively understand its influence on the direction of tin crystal precipitation and the color changes in the anode solution. Participants can also easily understand the basic principles of electrolysis. After the tin crystal growth is completed, AB glue is added, fixing the beautiful tin crystals from electrolysis as a pendant or as another decorative element to be kept as a souvenir. This forms good memories for participants and achieves a good science popularization effect. The equipment used in this experiment is simple, and the cost is low. It can also be used as a basic experimental project in the general chemistry course at the university level or as an exploration experiment for senior high school students.
