Abstract:

Postgraduate course teaching is the first stage of postgraduate training. This article introduces an experiment "GC & GC-MS Determination of Borneol Composition and Content" for postgraduates in the "Comprehensive Instrumental Analysis Laboratory" course. According to the background of students and teaching goals of postgraduate experiments, a student-centered, goal-oriented teaching mode is adopted. Students are required to adopt five experimental routes to achieve the goal through collaboration in the experimental process. In the experiment, students can exercise the scientific and logical way of thinking and the ability to solve complex problems, which lays a solid foundation for future scientific research.
