摘要:

二维纳米材料由于其独特的物理和化学性质,现已成为当今材料科学研究的焦点之一。本文从新型二维纳米材料的分类、合成、性质和应用角度,结合TMDs、硅烯、层状氧/氢氧化物等实例,介绍了这方面研究的新进展,并简要介绍了新兴的以二维材料堆叠为基础的范德华和同层异质结构的制备、性质及应用前景。最后,对正在飞速发展的二维纳米材料在未来将引发的新一代材料科学革命中展示出的活力进行了展望。

Abstract:

The research in the 2D materials makes rapid progress in recent years. In this paper, we attempted to review this rapidly developing field of 2D materials. We summarized the synthesis, characterization and assembly of these materials, and we also highlighted recent progress of van derWaals heterostructures by introducing the properties and applications. Finally, we put forward the prospect of the important development of 2D materials in the future of material sciences.
