摘要：

通过采访植物甾醇女士，了解植物甾醇家族的成员、基本性质、生理功能等。揭示了其降低胆固醇、减肥、美容功能的基本原理，了解了抗癌机理，介绍了植物甾醇在食物中的分布、人体吸收困难的原因及对策，为人类健康生活提出膳食建议。

关键词: 植物甾醇, 抗癌作用, 改性研究, 应用前景

Abstract:

This is an interview of Mrs. Phytosterols. The members, molecular structures, basic properties and physiological functions are introduced. The mechanism for phytosterols to reduce cholesterol, losing weight and beautify our face is disclosed. The effect of antitumous is described. The distribution of phytosterols in foods has been presented. The difficulty of intaking and absorbing phytosterols is analyzed and the way to overcome it is demonstrated. In the end, dietary advice is suggested for the healthy life of human beings.
