摘要:

推荐了一个大学分析化学综合实验,实验内容包括铜纳米簇的制备条件优化、荧光光谱表征及荧光分析法检测过氧化氢(H2O2)等内容。该实验不仅可以让学生了解荧光金属纳米簇和荧光分析法检测H2O2等前沿知识,还可以使学生学习微量制备、磁力搅拌、暗箱式紫外分析仪、漩涡混匀器和荧光分光光度计的操作方法和基本原理。此外,该实验还将使学生建立优化实验条件和综合分析问题的学术思想,培养学生的综合创新能力。

Abstract:

This paper proposed a comprehensive analytical chemistry experiment. The experiment contents including preparation of fluorescent copper nanoclusters, fluorescent spectroscopic characterization, and hydrogen peroxide detection based on fluorometry. This experiment can not only make students understand the fluorescent metal nanoclusters and monitoring methods of hydrogen peroxide, but also allow students to learn operation methods and fundamental principles of magnetic stirring, darkbox type ultraviolet analyzer, lab-dancer and fluorescence spectrophotometer. Moreover, this experiment will make students establish an academic idea of optimizing experimental conditions and comprehensively analyzing problems, which is helpful for cultivating students' comprehensive innovation capability.
