摘要:

近红外(NIR)光在光热治疗、生物成像、光动力治疗和医学诊断等应用领域发挥着至关重要的作用。本综合实验通过沉淀法制备六苯并苯(COR)和7,7,8,8-四氰基对苯二醌二甲烷(TCNQ)电子转移络合物的有机纳米粒子。使用紫外分光光度计确定其在近红外区有明显的紫外吸收峰,采用动态光散射粒度仪和透射电镜对其结构进行表征后,利用红外热成像仪对其光热性能进行测试。本实验寓科研前沿应用于实验教学中,不仅有助于学生在巩固专业知识的同时提高实验操作技能和实验安全意识,而且拓宽了学生的科研视野,灌输科学理论研究都是以应用“落地”为终极目标的探索精神。

Abstract:

Near-infrared (NIR) plays a vital role in the fields of photothermal therapy, bioimaging, photodynamic therapy, and medical diagnosis. In this comprehensive experiment, organic nanoparticles based on electron-transfer complexes (viz., coronene (COR) and 7,7,8,8-tetracyano-p-benzoquinonedimethane (TCNQ)) were prepared via precipitation. Absorption in the NIR regions was determined using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, and the structure of the nanoparticles was analyzed using dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy. The photothermal properties of the nanoparticles were evaluated via infrared thermal imaging. This study applies the frontier of scientific research to experimental teaching, which helps students to consolidate their scientific knowledge, improve their experimental skills and laboratory safety consciousness, broaden their scientific research vision, and instill the exploration spirit of scientific theoretical research with the ultimate goal of application "landing".
