摘要:

实验与实践是化学学科专业的生命线,更是应用型人才培养的关键环节。以青岛农业大学化学与药学院为例,构建“一中心二支柱三维管理”的实验实践教学体系,服务“新农科”背景下应用型人才的培养目标。紧紧围绕“提升学生的实践及创新能力”这一中心,通过建立“三层次四模块多单元全过程”的实践教学内容子系统,着力打造“实验实践教学”和“创新创业教育”两大支柱体系,并依托涵盖“途径、条件保障、质量监控与评估”的“三维度”管理子系统,全面加强对学院本科生实践及创新能力的培养力度,效果良好。

Abstract:

Experiment and practice are the lifeline of chemistry discipline, and also the key aspect of the training of application-oriented talents. In this paper, experimental and practical teaching system of "one center, two pillars and three-dimensional management" was constructed and practiced at the College of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Science, Qingdao Agricultural University, which was used to serve the training of application-oriented talents under the background of new agriculture education. Focusing on improving students' practice and innovation ability, through construction the subsystem "three levels, four modules, multi-units and whole process", we strive to build the two pillar systems "experimental and practical teaching" and "innovation and entrepreneurship education". Meanwhile, relying on the three-dimensional management subsystem covering "approaches, condition assurance, quality monitoring and evaluation", we comprehensively strengthened the cultivation of undergraduate students' practical and innovative abilities to achieve significantly improved teaching effect.
