摘要:

对典型的综合化学实验“乙酰二茂铁的合成和表征”中的乙酰化方法、分离纯化以及产物的表征进行了详细论述。深入分析了加料方法、反应温度控制、酸中和、薄层监测、柱层析等操作以及产物的红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征中的细节问题。探讨了如何指导学生对综合化学实验操作进行规划,提高学生对实验进行观察分析以及解决问题的能力。

Abstract:

The acetylation, purification and characterization of a typical comprehensive chemistry experiment "the synthesis and characterization of acetylferrocene" were described in this paper. The details of reactants addition, reaction temperature control, neutralization, TLC monitoring, column chromatography and characterization of the product with infrared spectrum and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum were investigated. Instruction for students on how to plan comprehensive chemistry experiment, improve the ability for observing, analyzing and solving problems were discussed.
