摘要： 药物化学是药事管理专业的重要课程，本文以“顺铂的抗癌功能发现”为载体，深入挖掘抗肿瘤药物的思政案例，以顺铂为例，延伸至金属类药物，并对其他机制类抗肿瘤药物进行探讨，总结其相关作用靶点及抗肿瘤机制，体现抗肿瘤药物的多样性。本课程通过采用系统讲授和案例教学相结合，翻转课堂等教学方式来调动学生的学习兴趣，并将课程思政理念贯彻教学过程，提高教学效果。本教学模式旨在锻炼学生创新思维、提高学生实践能力、强化学生思政意识。

Abstract: Medicinal Chemistry is a crucial course in the discipline of pharmacy administration. This paper uses the discovery of the anticancer function of cisplatin as a case study to deeply explore ideological and political education in antitumor drugs. Using Cisplatin as an example, the study extends to metal-based drugs and discusses other mechanism-based antitumor drugs, summarizing their related targets and anticancer mechanisms to demonstrate the diversity of antitumor drugs. The course employs a combination of systematic lectures, case teaching, and flipped classroom approaches to enhance student engagement while embedding ideological and political education throughout the learning process, thereby enhancing teaching effectiveness. This teaching mode aims to exercise students' innovative thinking, enhance their practical abilities, and strengthen their ideological and political awareness.
