Abstract: To address the demands of the maritime power construction for high-quality chemistry talent cultivation, this study proposes the restructuring of the actinide elements knowledge framework in the inorganic chemistry course. Guided by the maritime power objectives, driven by scientific research, grounded in teaching content, and aimed at ideological and political education, this study constructs a teaching pathway that organically integrates problem orientation, fundamental theory, research-teaching integration, and ideological and political education. By incorporating cutting-edge cases such as marine uranium resource utilization and marine pollution prevention and control, this study deeply integrates fundamental theory with research achievements into teaching, thereby offering a valuable reference for the reform of inorganic chemistry curriculum under the background of maritime power construction.
