摘要： 笔者通过与中国科学院二十余年的近距离接触及亲身实践，深刻了解到中国科学院与高等院校在研究生培养方面的变革及差异，从中国科学院和高等院校制度改革、历史发展出发，对中国科学院和高等院校学位设立、研究生培养、招生录取，以及课程设计等方面进行对照分析，总结两个体系在建设目标、研究方向、培养目标及培养方式方面存在的差异。

Abstract: Drawing on over two decades of practical experience within the Chinese Academy of Sciences and higher education institutions, the authors have gained a profound understanding of the evolution and distinctions in postgraduate education and training. This article provides a comparative analysis of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and higher education institutions in terms of degree program establishment, postgraduate training, enrollment reforms, and curriculum development. It further discusses the differences in educational objectives, research orientations, and training methods established by these two systems.
