摘要:

在非化学专业基础无机和分析化学实验课程多年的教学和管理中,对教师的教学状况、教师队伍的培养和发展,学生实验前的准备、实验过程、实验后的情况等开展调查研究,进行了一些实践创新的探索,取得了一定的效果。

Abstract:

In the teaching and management of the experimental curriculums of non-chemistry major undergraduates, including foundational inorganic chemistry and analytical chemistry, research efforts have been put on the teaching, training and cultivating of the teaching personnel, and the students' performance throughout the entire process in the experiment to the facilitate better innovation of the teaching practice.
