Abstract:

Tremella is native to China and can be used as both medicine and food. It is loved by people and is known as the crown of mushrooms. In this study, we used anthropomorphic techniques to unfold the story of this mushroom by examining "yellow and white" tremella. We describe the tremella's appearance, environment, cultivation techniques, functions, applications, and its "companion" relationship with grey fungus. This study will aid in preventing counterfeiting of tremella to maintain a fair but competitive environment. We aim to expand the scientific knowledge of this mushroom, stimulating the scientific spirit and cultivating the professional ethics and social responsibility of students.
