1. Appeals


    Scope:
    Authors may appeal editorial decisions or peer-review outcomes.



    Requirements:
    Appeals must be supported by clear academic or factual justification. Unsupported or repetitive appeals may not be considered.



    Process:
    The editorial office will review appeals and may seek additional expert opinions before making a final decision.


2. Complaints

    Complaints regarding academic misconduct or editorial and peer-review processes will be investigated and handled in accordance with the journal’s policies.


All cases will be handled fairly, objectively, and confidentially. Editorial decisions are final.
