Abstract: Under the national policy framework promoting technological innovation and science popularization, this project implements the Strategy of Reinvigorating China through Science and Education. Focusing on chemical technology, we developed dual science outreach initiatives addressing judicial identification requirements. The research team created an innovative fluorescent probe fingerprint developer, which integrates with portable devices to enable one-stop rapid processing at crime scenes. The project established a gradient science communication approach to transform complex scientific principles into publicly accessible content, thereby contributing to judicial security system development while enhancing both public scientific literacy and legal safety awareness.
