摘要： “站得高、讲得透、看得远”是讲好课的基本功，“求本悟道”是授课追求的境界，高效的教学必然是“道”与“技”的有机统一。本文在阐述“站得高、讲得透、看得远”含义的基础上，通过8个典型例子展示我们在结构化学教学中的探索尝试，以期达到高效教学的目的。

关键词: 高效教学, 结构化学, 算符对易, 势场模型, 分子轨道

Abstract: “High viewpoint, penetrating explanation, and far-reaching extension” represent the fundamental principles for effective teaching, while “focusing on the fundamentals and seeking for Tao” embodies the ultimate aspiration of educators. Efficient teaching must be an organic integration of “Tao” and “technique”. On the basis of elaborating the meaning of “High viewpoint, penetrating explanation, and far-reaching extension”, this study presents eight illustrative examples form our explorations in structural chemistry education, with the goal of achieving efficient teaching outcomes.
