Abstract:

In this experiment, the changes in the interfacial area and dynamic interfacial tension were measured using a hanging drop method, and the changes in the interfacial tension and expansion modulus with time and concentration were investigated. SPSS software was used to fit the experimental data non-linearly. A three-factor prediction model of the expansion modulus was obtained and the rheological properties of the interface were analyzed. The experiment is simple to perform, has a flexible system design, and is closely related to research projects in this field. It not only enriches the curriculum design of the interface chemistry experiment, but also guides students to pay attention to the actual production, stimulating the students interest for learning, and develops student software application and data analysis abilities, meeting the requirements of application-oriented undergraduate education. This types of a training mode involving the integration of science and education is expected to improve the student ability to deal with practical problems.
