Abstract:

As a relatively mature additive manufacturing technology, photocurable 3D printing technology includes 3D modeling, photosensitive resin preparation, printing parameters regulation, post-processing, and other steps in the printing process. The content involves related knowledge of machinery, optics, polymer chemistry, software engineering, and so on. To enhance undergraduate students' experimental interest and skills, and further cultivate their awareness of scientific research and innovation, we designed an innovative experiment based on photocurable 3D printing technology for undergraduates. The experiments are based on free radical polymerization by digital light processing (DLP) 3D printing technology, and through the printing process of the whole process involved in the practice, we hope students can understand the principle of 3D printing, the printing material of synthesis, and the process of printing technology and related knowledge. Finally, through the analysis of the experimental results, we can further develop students' ability to analyze and solve scientific problems.
