Abstract: To overcome the limitations of traditional berberine hydrochloride preparation methods, such as prolonged duration, low efficiency, and excessive waste generation, this study proposes a purification-free preparation method. Furthermore, antimicrobial and antioxidant testing modules were incorporated into the original berberine hydrochloride preparation experiment, transforming it from a simple verification-based extraction into a multifunctional comprehensive experiment. This approach effectively integrates science education with ideological-political cultivation, enhances the curriculum's innovation and challenge level, strengthens educational outcomes, and promotes students' comprehensive development.
