Abstract: The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) is accelerating the digital transformation of higher education. This study implements DeepSeek in organic chemistry instruction, establishing an integrated framework comprising knowledge graphs, AI teaching assistants, and the Chaoxing learning platform. Using carboxylic acid derivatives as a case study, the knowledge graph systematically organizes core concepts, while DeepSeek provides real-time instructional support for reaction mechanisms, condition analysis, and synthesis design. The Chaoxing platform consolidates educational data to facilitate the shift from traditional knowledge delivery to competency-based learning, enabling personalized instruction and data-driven insights. This model presents a contemporary, intelligent approach to modernizing organic chemistry pedagogy.
