Abstract: Electrochemistry is a vital branch of physical chemistry and serves as a key theoretical foundation for new energy storage technologies. In response to the reform of chemistry laboratory teaching, this study integrates electrochemical principles with new energy storage technologies to design a 10-hour comprehensive electrochemistry experiment. Through electrode preparation, battery assembly, and performance testing, students gain an intuitive understanding of the electrical energy storage processes of different materials, thereby bridging theory with practice. The experiment also enhances students’ experimental skills, innovative thinking, and teamwork abilities. This experimental design offers a novel approach and practical reference for reforming chemistry laboratory instruction.
