Abstract: In the wave of the new technological revolution and industrial transformation, artificial intelligence is significantly reshaping the ecosystem of higher education. Under this new paradigm, the training of chemistry professionals requires an innovative approach to cultivate high-quality innovative talents equipped with both foundational knowledge in basic sciences, practical innovation capabilities, and industrial transformation thinking. Thus, it’s imperative to establish this “Integration of Science, Education, and Innovation” paradigm. This paper systematically analyzes emerging requirements for chemistry talent development and proposes a training model featuring
