Abstract:

This paper briefly introduces a series of international training measures adopted by us for cultivating the top talented students in our college. Specifically, we learned some advanced training modes from the first-class oversea universities (e.g. joining the U.S. Summer Undergraduate Research Mentoring Experience Program), and implemented a coherent step-by-step internationalizing strategy for training our top students (including course learning, research training, and comprehensive practical training). In addition, we have also created a novel MOOC-based blended teaching mode between Sino-foreign academics. We hope these measures and experiences will benefit the establishment of an efficient cultivation mode for top talented students in china.
