Abstract: This study establishes a comprehensive virtual simulation system that integrates plasma preparation of graphene-based materials with electrochemical performance testing and seawater desalination applications. By combining virtual simulation technology with experimental teaching, the system effectively bridges multiple core courses including Physical Chemistry, Material Chemistry, and Inorganic Chemistry. Students can safely observe microscopic changes during material preparation and reaction processes in a risk-free virtual environment, thereby gaining deeper insights into the structural evolution of carbon materials under plasma treatment and their electrochemical behavior mechanisms. Set against the real-world context of freshwater scarcity and seawater desalination, the experiment incorporates educational elements focusing on water conservation, green development, and sustainable resource utilization throughout the teaching process. This approach not only enhances students’ experimental skills and analytical capabilities but also fosters water-saving awareness and social responsibility, representing a valuable exploration for cultivating high-quality, interdisciplinary chemistry professionals to meet contemporary demands.
