摘要： 基于作者近年来的教学实践，探讨了化学专业英语课程教学多元化改革的必要性、目标和实施路径。改革的核心目标是通过多维度优化和创新，提升教学质量和学生能力，培养适应国际化需求的高素质人才。具体实施路径包括：构建多元化的授课教师团队、丰富教学内容体系、提供多样化的学习资源、运用多元化的教学方法，以及实施多元化的考核评价体系。实践表明，这些改革举措已初见成效，学生的学习积极性和专业英语应用能力显著提高。

Abstract: This study is based on the authors' recent teaching experience and examines the necessity, objectives, and implementation strategies for diversifying the English curriculum for students majoring in chemistry. The reform aims at the development of innovative and effective teaching methods for the training of competent professionals needed for globalization. The main practical approaches include: the assembly of a diverse teaching team, enriched course content, supply of varied learning resources, the use of diverse teaching methodologies, and the implementation of a comprehensive assessment system. Preliminary results have shown significant improvements in student engagement and professional English application skills.
