Abstract: This study focuses on the refinement and expansion of the rosacetal synthesis experiment. By employing a problem-oriented inquiry learning model, we integrated the fundamental research process of organic synthesis methodology with experimental operation training into the issue design. The course aims to guide students in understanding the impact of surfactant catalysis and ultrasound-assisted synthesis on traditional organic synthesis reactions. Additionally, it seeks to comprehensively train students in various experimental operation skills and structural characterization methods, thereby enhancing their scientific research proficiency and comprehensive practical abilities. The recommended course duration is 7-8 hours.
