Abstract: This study investigates the innovation of full-process blended learning in environmental chemistry courses through the application of digital and intelligent technologies, aiming to facilitate deep integration across all teaching stages. By utilizing these advanced technologies, the teaching content can be dynamically updated to align with cutting-edge scientific research and practical developments in environmental science. Virtual simulation-supported project-based and case-driven teaching methods enable students to strengthen their analytical and problem-solving skills in complex, near-realistic scenarios. Furthermore, an intelligent platform-based comprehensive evaluation system provides multidimensional monitoring and feedback on students' learning processes and outcomes, promoting differentiated learning and continuous improvement. This paper summarizes the specific implementations of digital and intelligent technologies in curriculum reform and highlights the key components and practices of full-process blended learning, offering robust support for cultivating innovative and practice-oriented environmental professionals.
