Abstract: Aiming to enhance undergraduate research capabilities and foster the integration of scientific research with teaching, a comprehensive innovative experiment closely aligned with contemporary energy research frontiers was developed: “construction and performance evaluation of solid-state lithium metal batteries via in situ polymerization technology”. The experiment employs fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) for structural characterization of the electrolyte and incorporates electrochemical techniques such as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), and galvanostatic charge-discharge testing to strengthen students' grasp of fundamental electrochemical principles in lithium batteries. This practical experience provides students with insights into cutting-edge new energy technologies, stimulates research interest, broadens scientific thinking, and cultivates research skills.
