Melanoma lurks in darkness while vaccine emerges as a potent shield

Abstract: Melanoma has long posed significant challenges to human health. With advancements in chemistry and life sciences, numerous therapeutic approaches for melanoma have been developed. This article primarily discusses the pathogenesis of melanoma, along with relevant vaccine-based therapies and immune checkpoint inhibitors.
