Strengthening Textbook Construction of Inorganic Chemistry with Highlighting Innovative Thinking and Scientific Research as the Premise: Compiling "Inquiry Teaching Series of Inorganic Chemistry"

Abstract:

By comparing the different characteristics of domestic and international textbooks with the rapid progresses of inorganic chemistry, the gaps and deficiencies are identified. According to the aim of "teaching reform should be transformed into textbooks" put forward by the Ministry of Education, the tentative idea and practice of compiling "Inquiry Teaching Series of Inorganic Chemistry" are proposed. We aim to highlight innovative thinking and scientific research in this exploration, and reflect the strengthening of the educational function of textbooks and the value system of the Chinese nation. "Inquiry Teaching Series of Inorganic Chemistry" should be an important tool for teachers and students.
