Abstract:

This paper discusses the necessity and urgency of the exploration and practice of the applied talent training system of chemical materials in local universities. We expound the renewal of personnel training mode, the setting of characteristic curriculum, and the innovation of school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism. It also updated the orientation of emerging engineering application-oriented talent training "grounded and close to industry". Subsequently, we explored and practiced the "double 4-6" application-oriented talent training model. We further reconstruct the curriculum system matching the training of applied talents. The "three - three system" has been implemented for industry-university-research collaborative education mechanism. Finally, the new model is explained with fruitful results.
