Abstract: In this paper, we designed a protein immunoassay using microfluidic technology to quantitatively detect procalcitonin (PCT). The experiment involved various steps such as solution preparation, microfluidic chip assembly, standard curve drawing, testing of unknown liquid samples, and other experimental processes. By conducting these experiments, students can gain a deeper understanding of the emerging scientific research field of microfluidics. Furthermore, this training helps to foster their scientific thinking, ability to innovate, and integrate knowledge.
