Abstract: This paper examines the challenges faced by graduate students pursuing professional degrees in materials and chemical engineering., It proposes a "project-based" training model, featuring collaborative training bases, reformed admission processes, “dual-platform” teaching, and integrated “professional practice-scientific innovation practice-dissertation” approaches. The “dual mentor system” and “enterprise-school evaluation” integration are key components. These methods aim to significantly enhance the training of high-level innovative versatile talents in the materials and chemical industry.
