Abstract: Conductometric titration is a titration analysis method that determines the endpoint based on the sudden change in conductivity before and after the endpoint. This method can be used to obtain the content of substances more simply and precisely and has been widely applied in water quality analysis and scientific research. This experimental project introduces the conductometric titration method into inorganic chemistry experimental teaching. Taking a classic inorganic chemistry experimental project - the determination of sodium carbonate content as an example, content analysis is carried out based on the conductometric titration method. Familiarizing with the relevant operations of conductometric titration, quantitative analysis of the substance composition in sodium carbonate is conducted, and compared with the dual indicator method to understand the principles and errors of different titration methods.
